Mr. Zhanbiao Shi,graduated from Northeast colledge of Technology (now Northeastern University)in 1957 with major of Steel Metallurgy.Mr. Shi went to  North Korea  for further study from 1964 to 1966 . Since 1960 Mr. Shi engaged in  teaching, scientific research study of  blast furnace iron making, non-blast furnace iron making and metallurgical Resources Comprehensive Utilization.Mr. Shi participation in pilot projects of major national scientific research and technical guidance. From 1985 to 2000,Mr. Shi was the menber of Chinese Society for Metals academic non-blast furnace Committee director,chairman of Direct Reduction Technology Center of  the Ministry of Metallurgy . Mr. Shi hab been hired by a number of scientific research, manufacturing enterprises as technical advisers.

To meet the teaching, research and production needs,Mr. Shi had published books and papers more than 70 articles in the preparation of a variety of teaching materials, professional books. Mr. Shi aworded many  times by the Ministry of Metallurgy, provincial for his municipal scientific and technological achievements, and major scientific and technological achievements.Mr. Shi enjoyed the special allowance of nation government .
